Its amazing beach, great for family fun and fitness swimming. I swam 2 km daily, to Copacabana Beach and back; there is some boat traffic when crossing beach buoy lines, but its safe with an open water swimming buoy. The buffet restaurant is a very good value: has a large selection and several items (specially the meats) change daily. Taxi to/from Old Town takes 10 mins and costs 16 Eur if using the company the hotel has a contract with. Finally, a neighboring Valamar property has a car rental company on site, which simplifies (car) pick up and return

Wonderful room and everything was thought of. Couldn’t ask for more from the room. Welcome drinks and fruit was a lovely touch. Beautiful unique uninterrupted view of the sea. We stayed in their VLevel service with breakfast. It allowed us access to a lovely lounge area and we used both indoor and outdoor pools. Staff were very polite and helpful. We were given some tips about local restaurants and shops. We also used the shop at the hotel to buy bus tickets and snacks.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful...probably the best we've ever had at any hotel. The beach and pool areas were great. The restaurants and the lobby/terrace bar were really nice. And the view from every window on every floor was simply breathtaking. A wonderful hotel and we will be back for sure. The location is also great with other things to do in the area and the port is only 5 min drive away.

Lovely hotel, could walk to town in an hour or so if you are fit and we were away from the hustle and bustle of the city which we liked. If not Ubers are available within minutes. Gorgeous beach and pool which was perfect for a peaceful morning swim. The staff are all incredibly friendly. Breakfast was great and room was perfect with a sea view. All round fabulous stay and would return!
